During lunch and dinner service, our Executive Chef Mark Molnar, proposes a variety of courses prepared applying different modern techniques on locally grown, fresh ingredients. Apart from the traditional menu-wine pairings, we also pair the chosen menu with locally handcrafted beers, or our own selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic infusions created by our head barman.

At Costes Downtown, we offer a variety of laid-back elegant beverages employing exclusive ingredients and modern techniques to achieve more harmonic and complex flavours. Most of our home-made alcoholic and non-alcoholic infusions are created by our bartenders using locally grown artisan products reach in flavour, free of chemicals and additives. Apart from the traditional menu-wine pairings, we also pair locally handcrafted beer and our own selection of infusions as well as signature alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails with the „Degustation Menu”.
