Our story 

The story of Costes Downtown began in 2015, in the heart of downtown Budapest, on the ground floor of the Prestige Hotel, seven years after the debut of the Costes Group's first Michelin-starred restaurant. The goal of our young and dynamic team is to provide easy, friendly yet elegant service for those who wish for a less formal but complete fine dining experience.

Our restaurant has been included in the Michelin Guide annually since 2016. In addition to quality, sustainability is also very important to us, so our gourmet dishes are always made from the best domestic, handcrafted ingredients. Among other things, mangalica from local sustainable farming, games from the Nógrád WildLife Park or vegetables grown by the farmers' association in the Budapest area.

Our seasonally changing tasting menus offer a constantly renewed, all-encompassing culinary experience. Whether it's lunch or dinner, we warmly welcome our guests five days a week, from Tuesday to Saturday.
